Hi, I’m SAMm
I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Samantha Inzana, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting others on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. Whether you’re navigating a challenging life transition, managing anxiety, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to offer a compassionate and safe space for you to explore and heal. I hold a masters in social work and have specialized in trauma-informed care.
My Approach
I am a change and life transition therapist. I work with teens and adults to challenge the anxiety created by the unknown and to allow them to move forward with confidence and ease.
In sessions, we will work collaboratively to address your personal goals for change. My goal is to understand your experiences and to provide the support that you need to meet your goals. Using a strength-based approach and evidence-based therapy we will work together to tackle any change and heal from any trauma. I am a trauma-informed therapist and have worked with many different clients struggling with many different things. I also offer couples therapy in addition to individual therapy.
My Credentials
I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Social work from the University of Pittsburgh. I also have a certificate in Mental Health Treatment. I started my journey in this field working as a Mental Health Worker in an Adult Partial Hospitalization Program and worked my way up to being an LCSW in Private Practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gottman Couple’s Therapy.
